• Develop and test new ideas to resolve Safety and Standard of Work issues
• Revoke permissions and modules for repeat offenders, Category 1 and 2 violations and AAs transitioning to new roles
• Maximize knowledge and competency in all areas via Training Rotation
• Provide Assistance to and basis of communication for L1 associates, Process Assistants, Support Teams and OPS regarding training requests, expected new hires, repeat offender adapts
• Establish trust with and understand the needs of L1 associates, Support Teams and Area and Operations Managers
• Train newly hired PAs, WHSs, AMs and Oms in Sortation, TDR, PIT and Problem Solve processes
• Audit TDR, PIT, NHO and Cross-Training physical and digital files to confirm Safety and Standard of Work compliances
• Anticipate and overcome potential barriers preventing success in training efficiency and associate performance
• Perform any and all L1 assignments in the event of understaffing or similarly pressing circumstances; intervene as PA substitute when needed
• Assist Safety, HR, and OPS with respective yard audits and emergency evacuations
• Optimize frugality of site via Lapse reports
• Attend weekly conference calls with Regional Trainers in place of Learning Area Manager as needed to discuss trends in barriers and opportunities
• Issue daily and weekly reports concerning newly trained Ambassadors, anticipated New Hires, training violations, process path changes, and training opportunities
• Complete request tickets for IT assistance
