Worked at JP Morgan Chase Easton Office in BMW space for 6 months. Roles and Duties were similar as described above.
Sr. Application Developer Location: NYPD, New York, USA
Worked at NYPD client in New York for more than 3.5 years. Handled the big complex Real Time Crime Center (RTCC) application which comprised of several Data Sources (e.g. Probation, Arrest, Warrants, Summons, Complaint, Juvenile, 911, 311, Parole etc.), each as a separate application within a big RTCC application. The application was constructed in Java using JavaScript, Struts, JSP, spring and Hibernate ORM deployed on IBM Websphere Portal Server 6.1. Apart from the application’s core development in java/j2ee, it was also configured with IBM Omnifind Enterprise Search to provide users free text search functionality for Complaint and 911 Narratives. It also had Lotus Quickr and Sametime configured in it. It was the most used web application by NYPD officers and detectives for instant information to help stop emerging crime.
Below were my roles and responsibilities in the project:
Onshore Tech Lead Location: American Express, Phoenix, USA
Worked as an Onshore Tech Lead for more than 1.5 years in Amex at Phoenix, AZ. Led the Payments Reconciliation Internet Application having 9 million user bases with 10 million transactions on daily basis. The application would provide merchants easy and fast access to financial report as to when and how much they are getting paid by American Express. Handled Offshore Development team of size 10 including application developers and back-end team. As an Onsite Tech Lead was responsible for, Analysis, Cost Estimation, design, development and implementation of new redesigned RIA (Rich Internet Application) online payments application for American Express Merchants using State of the Art web standards.

Application Development in Visual Basic and Java for Vehicle Tracking System (VTS) for Client - Reliance Logistics.
VTS was comprised of Vehicle Monitoring Unit (VMU) and Base station software. VMU is installed in the vehicle and generates automatic tracking messages, which are sent to the Base station via SMS (Short Message Service). Base Station receives and sends the SMS from and to the VMU through Reliance gateway, SMSC server and the CDMA (Coded Division Multiple Access) module/GSM (Global System for Mobile Communication) Module.
