  • Managed personnel to complete the WIN10 project that deployed software to 8000 plus PC's to meet Microsoft's end of life deadline.
  • Contributed to the design, implementation, and post support of establishing voice/data connectivity to 3000 Offshore call center agents in India and Philippines. These changes addressed offshore growth and redundancy initiatives.
  • Directed field technicians to upgrade and support POS Registers, Scanners, Cisco Access Points software and memory in 33 department stores to increase POS transaction speed and productivity.
  • Provided hands on and worked directly with company personnel and various vendors to upgrade or install new equipment to support new Call Center applications and products. The equipment consisted of the Avaya PBX, CMS, SIP VOIP, VRU, Aspect Dialer and NICE/Witness Call Recorder systems. The projects helped staffing increase, call flow efficiency and ROI.
  • Defined project deliverables and monitored status of tasks.  
  • Drafted action plans and led meetings with department executives to review project status and proposed changes.
  • Collaborated with various vendors and business partners to improve their system monitoring capabilities to ensure, support, stability, integrity, and availability to meet 24/7 defined SLA.
  • Maximized the workload and personnel needs of the team and organizational unit to meet all project deadlines within budget projections successfully.
  • Managed 14 on-site and remote technical associates and multiple projects to increase productivity, service reliability and support of the Macys LAN/WAN/Telecom/POS Network Infrastructure. My areas of responsibility consisted of 33 department stores throughout Florida and the multiple US-based and offshore call centers with more than 5500 plus agents.
