Directly responsible for the overall planning, organizing and execution of IT systems administration functions. Provide progress updates to internal business unit's including external customers. Including suggestions of improvements and implementing change to
infrastructure. Oversee the support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions. Create, update and execute IT policies, processes, procedures relating to information and telecommunication systems and compliance for the organization. Manage, technical projects in alignment with organizational goals and directs the effective delivery of networks, development, and disaster recovery systems. Accountable for the maintenance of all internal building systems (Generator, UPS) to ensure systems are operational. Negotiate service level agreements with internal/external customers and service providers and monitor service delivery to ensure the agreed targets and standards are met.
