Provide customer service to employees selecting from benefit choices; explain eligibility requirements, coverage and programs.   • Participate as liaison to assigned entities regarding City’s standard operating procedures and entity administrative guide. Review Entity Mini 834 enrollment submission for accuracy. Train Entity liaison on processing requirements and errors found in submission. Requiring Entity resubmission with guidance on error mitigation and/or manual correction of data entry of the submission in preparation for file consumption by ERP. Review of post upload error report to identify and train Entity on errors.
