Quickly learned SAP software which is use as the Maintenance Management System at Suncor Energy to perform and execute all maintenance tasks.
Create Instrument & Electrical Maintenance work orders from notification generated for corrective Instrument & Electrical Maintenance. Compile information, data sheets, manuals, P&IDs & plot drawings, for the specific job. Field walk the job and identify any additional needs to perform the job, such as scaffold or insulation, safety related and heavy equipment. Build the work order in SAP, creating the steps in specific order for craft to perform there work and order parts that are required to complete the repair and calibration.
Quickly learned SAP software and used it to create work orders and order parts.
Updating current Instrument PMs, Job plan, and task lists.
Review and address daily generated WOs. Investigate request, assign to proper craft and apply proper job plan. Identify parts required for repair and plan them to WO. Depending on criticality Place WO on consolidated schedule or route WO for scheduling.
Plan and schedule work activities, coordinate work performed by staff and contractors with operations staff to minimize impact to production activities.
Collect and organize technical data from equipment manufacturers, equipment users and Engineering personnel.
Assist with identification, purchase of new instruments and spare parts.
Respond to the needs of technicians when WOs have been generated incorrectly, data sheet change, incorrect parts, reassignments etc…
Assigned to projects where I was required to generate and prioritizes a large number of WO's to meet project time lines.

Perform state required calibrations on flow metering equipment used in water municipalities. Also installed and maintain controls for elevated tank operation
