Managed over 25 employees ranging from Dispatchers to Field Inspectors. Managed a territory from San Antonio to the Rio Grande Valley and Victoria to Del Rio. Grew Inspection revenue at least 10% each year while retaining customers. PMA customer retention rate at 98.2 over the last 9 years.
Lead Inspector in the department ,taking care of two large customers. The first being Boeing at Port of San Antonio which consisted of of 14 buildings with 143 systems including fire pumps , wet systems , dry systems , deluge , pre-action, and foam. The second was the Alcoa Plant in Elmendorf ,Texas, systems included fire pumps, wet systems , dry systems and pre-action systems. These were weekly, monthly, quarterly and Annual inspections. I was also teaching the Sprinkler Apprenticeship program through Associated Builders & Contractors and SimplexGrinnel for the San Antonio area.
Took over Construction Manager Job for all new construction jobs. Managed 28 sprinkler installers and project managed new installs in the San Antonio, Victoria and Laredo areas.
Took care of all Fire Sprinkler inspections in Kerrville, Del Rio, Eagle Pass, Corpus Christi and Victoria areas including scheduling. Started teaching the Sprinkler Apprenticeship program through the Associated Builders & Contractors and Grinnell Fire protection.
Managed new Fire Sprinkler Construction projects in San Antonio and Austin .
Managed the Service and New construction projects. Helped in preparing bids for new construction and service jobs. Grew the Company to a high of 1.2 Million in revenue in 1995 with 7 employees . Sold the company to American Automatic Sprinklers in late 1995.
Started as a Apprentice and worked my way up to Foreman . Was the foreman on many large jobs such as The Forum Office Bldg ,Texas Theater Bldg. ( later became the AT&T headquarters in San Antonio ) , Ingram Mall in San Antonio and Barton Creek Mall in Austin Texas. Also spent 6 months in Jeddah Saudi Arabia Royal Air Force Hangars in 1984 overseeing the the installation of Foam Tanks and Pumps for the Hangar Foam Systems.
Worked each summer as a helper during High School and College.

Attended Junior college on a Rodeo Scholarship and received AA degree in Education.
Experience in the installation of all types of Fire Sprinkler Systems and Special Gas systems.
