to assist the team in reviewing FF records to make sure they are in the right retirement plan and in a approved PD, plus assist the AFPC/DP3 Workflow during the month of January in correcting any Pay Adjustments if they did not process correctly, another duty with this team has been assisting the branch teams but, the approval comes from my supervisor Mrs. Christine White if the team needs instructions on how to cancel/correct an action so after it has been reviewed then I provide my feedback to Mrs. Christine and she forwards it to the team that requested the assistance, plus sometimes if they are still having problems then I assist them thru TEAMS, also on 03/17/2021 I was assigned as POC by Ms. Elizabeth Rodriguez for the AUTONOA Reject Report. This report is pulled at the end of each month and view what Branch Team has the reject and then provide a count to Mrs. Christine White of how many rejects each team has and provide a report by each team with the names of the employee(s) so that Production Chiefs can provide the list to the staffers to fix the problem, and at this time our team had been task to review a list of employee(s) that they were placed on the wrong retirement plan. Our team is consist of 5 Staffers and after reviewing the list I had 78 that would receive a refund and 71 that would have a debt. At this time, I'm working on processing the corrections to their record and sending out the proper documents. We have to complete this task by May 29, 2023.

Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment & Placemen Randolph AFB City, STATE,

to process promotions, reassignment, conversions and new appointment actions, post announcements, review resumes and issue certificates to the managers, send out the job offers and firm offers. Due to knowing how to fix rejects then I was the staffer to come to and I would assist my team mates but, also sometimes the other branch teams would come to me as well, plus the DCIPS handle all Non-Comp for the GG as well and assist the two Non Comp Staffers as well. Sometimes the Production Chiefs would come to my previous supervisor when Ms. Rodriguez was for the DCIPS team and they would ask if I could assist a staffer for the DP2IA (now DPCIA) that had not received her pay for two weeks. I did the research and in within two weeks she received her retro pay and also for the same team one of the employee(s) was not paid correctly and so I had to fix her record and she received her retro pay.

Then on Oct 2020 then I was notified that I was reassigned to DP2II (DPCIF) and 11/07/2020 was my last day with DCIPS team.

worked from home here in San Antonio, Tx and this was a new learning experience because everything was done of how things are done here at AFPC. My duties was to check a spreadsheet with a list of employee(s) that their tenure was incorrect and also the other list consist of employee(s) not receiving their step increases. I did enjoy it and learn how different departments handled the process of actions or corrections. I was there until 01/26/13 due to being hired by the DCIPS team.

This position was a GS5 (Staffing Clerk (OA), then assisted the Classification team (in which they were behind) by entering information of all the training that the employee(s) had taken, then I was selected to assist the a new team called OPF and to consolidate records and make sure that all their information was correct, then another team was set up (Summer Program), i was promoted to GS07 01/31/99 and to the GS09 03/26/00,. We were reviewing resume and see if the qualified for the positions they were applying for, then promoted to GS11 09/23/01 for the Southern Division.

I have been a staffing clerk back at Kelly AFB plus had some Management Assistant background. I have worked for the government even when I was in High School (72 - 73).
