  • Maintain district employment history in database for all employees.
  • Process, review, and audit all Personnel Action forms to ensure compliance with rules, regulations, policies, contract provisions, and other procedures.
  • Determine and assign appropriate pay for all personnel actions, assign proper ranges, columns, steps and appropriate stipends.
  • Monitor and train clerical staff in various projects and duties by organizing necessary personnel, planning procedures, training and directing staff, obtaining progress reports and reviewing completed work.
  • Assist in the preparation of and monitoring of annual HRS budget.
  • Prepare personnel agenda items related to position classifications for certificated and classified positions, and prepare Board resolutions items related to employee layoffs, contractor agreements, and University agreements.

  • Maintain and prepare all applicant recruitment, processing, and screening for certificated and management personnel using the Edjoin online recruitment and processing system.
