  • Identifies and resolves work flow issues and assists management in the implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Acts as liaison with HR Operations Team and external service providers (Alight / Employee Care Center) to support organization changes and help resolve employee issues.
  • Serves as Jr. HR Business Partner for the Decision Science Group (44 FTE). Provides HR updates weekly meetings, helps the team through HC cycles, summer intern process, new hire onboarding, etc.
