Duties: Served as a Human Resources Assistant in a Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). Provides administrative support to the reception-administration control desk (RACD), record maintenance and accountability, and enlistment processing to include fingerprinting of applicants. Greets and account for visitors/applicants in and out of MEP; muster applicants for processing and enlistment ceremonies, administer pre-oath briefings, also brief applicants on MEPS procedures. Question applicants to obtain and/or verify complete data required for final data processing of forms and records for entry into military service. Fingerprints applicants using automated systems, ensuring fingerprints are classifiable. Transmits fingerprints electronically to the investigating agency and initiates background checks. Verifies applicants' emergency data records notes and correct any discrepancies when differences occur.
Screens applicants' records to ascertain that all necessary documents are present according to the requirement of each military services. Operates a keyboard to record alpha and numeric data reflecting all aspects of the qualifications and enlistment data for entrants to all branches of the armed services. Transcribes data from numerous source documents which are completed by the applicant and/or military service representatives. Receives request for items in or completed applicant files. Search file and furnished requested documents to requestor. Files incoming materials in accordance with the established filing system. Assists with other section within the MEPS including testing and transportation when needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
Duties: Serves as a CYPA in one or more CY programs. Maintains control of and accounts for whereabouts and safety of children and youth ranging in age 6 weeks to 18 years. Assist in planning, coordinating, and conducting activities for program participates, including group as well as individual child activities. Establishes a program environment that sustains participants interest and promotes positive interactions with other children, youth, and adults. Helps prepare, arrange, and maintain indoor and outdoor activity areas and material to accommodate daily schedule. Assist children and youth with special projects and homework. Participates in conference with parents and staff. Reviews and implement daily schedules and activity plans to ensure age and stage appropriateness. Sets up display and bulletin boards.
Interacts with children and youth using approved child guidance and youth development techniques. Interact professionally with staff members, parents, and local installation command personnel. Duties: Manager on Duty (MOD)/Guest Services Manager- Conducts daily property walks including: all floors, restrooms, meeting space, stairwells, offices, back of house, and perimeter of the building and parking lot. Report all maintenance issues to department staff. Addresses any/all security issues found on property. Ensures the property is well maintained and free from any safety hazards. Provides assistance in all department as needed and ensures all employees are at their respective workstations in proper uniform. Counts and distribute cash drawer to employees. Responsible for issuing any service recovery needs for guest and is designated as a first responder for guest and employees' incidents.

Employs current, in-depth knowledge and understanding of staff action procedures and requirements as well as intimate understanding of the CG and COS's desires in determining the most efficient and effective method to accomplish mission. Applies in-depth knowledge of the organization and functions of the HQDA staff, HQ TRADOC, USACC, and subordinate brigades, and the relationship of HQ, USACC to other commands and staffs to schedule, coordinate and integrate actions and information critical to the command.
