Process Guide

  • Stepped in to help run shifts when the Area Manager and Process Assistant are out of office or are in need of extra help in a high volume day
  • Every quarter I gave out rates to both pickers and packers to ensure that they are pushing out our goal volume for the shift and that they are hitting their personal goals to reach over a 100% for their weekly productivity

Lead IOL Hunter (Inventory in Odd Locations)

  • I was in charge of all missing inventory, canceled orders and damaged units for SNA6 and SNA9
  • Kept the bucket below 24 hours for the Outbound, Problem Solve and Transship buckets for both buildings in one shift
  • I did my best to Learn and be Curious about every department throughout the warehouse as to better locate missing units
  • Trained all of Outbound Back-half Days in IOL for SNA6 and SNA9
  • I Invented and Simplified an IOL Training Guide that listed and explained all of the Amazon websites and APPS to use and how to properly use them. Along with it I attached a power point on all the permissions that the associates would be receiving that included the importance of these tools with the consequences of improper use. I also attached a blank copy of the IOL Spreadsheet to be utilized every quarter to show the metrics of accomplishments throughout shift
  • I utilized Earns Trust to build relationships across teams and leveraged those relationships to deliver cross organizational projects


  • Exceed rates of 400 UPH (Units Per Hour) for Flats Packing, 250 UPH for Pack Multis and 100 UPH for Pack Singles
  • Exceed rates of 350 UPH for Pick Multis and 200 UPH for Pick Singles
  • I effectively demonstrated my leadership skills that lead me other roles such as, Andon Responder and Problem Solve Gatekeeper


  • Effectively stocked up the necessary supplies for approximately 14 Multis Packers and 10 Singles Packers throughout the day to ensure they have everything they needed to be able to hit rate every hour
  • Ensured that the Singles Pickers generated enough whip for their packers by setting up their totes and cleaning the totes out virtually so that they are ready to use
  • I kept safety in mind and would Think Big when I went around to the packers and supplied them the proper Heavy label stickers to place on boxes so that downstream associates new to be prepared and lift them with their legs and keep the boxes safely in their power zone
