Able to operate computerized programs and databases to enter modify and retrieve confidential information/data into or from electronic medical records, scheduling systems and/or reports. Able to communicate effectively and professionally with employees at varying grade levels as evidenced by working with Physicians, Registered Nurses and other medical professionals. Able to work responsibly as a team member and a manager with limited or no supervision. Able to identify customer's concerns, perform the tasks required to resolve the issue accurately and timely, and follow-up as necessary to ensure a satisfactory resolution. Extensive experience in effective Customer Account Maintenance. Credentialing of vendor contracts. Extensive sales and marketing background leading to the development of long-term referral source relationships and increased census growth.
