I am responsible for the day to day profitable operation of Chili's
I must maintain team member's positive attitudes towards their jobs. While holding team members accountable to Chili's standards and procedures.
I do the scheduling for the HOH, To-Go, Host/Hostess and quality assurance team members.
I am responsible for the development of all team members.
I am responsible for the daily food quality.
I make sure to maintain all federal and company food safety guidelines.
I am required to order all food supplies.
I ensure all product levels are maintained to deliver a quality product to our customers.
I ensure that all equipment is operating in a safe and cost effective manner
I am responsible for coaching all team members on correct safety guidelines as dictated by company and federal guidelines.
During my tenure with Chili's no employee or customer was ever injured
I make sure that each guest is happy with the service provided to them.
I receive positive guest surveys several times a month. I lead all managers on the number of guest surveys received.
I have quickly become a valued manager with Chili's. this is because of my drive to provide a quality product, in a timely, safe,clean environment
I completed all the college courses I took with a 3.8 grade average. I was reimbursed for the courses that I took, by Amtrak
