I came to the USA from Taiwan in 2013 with my husband. I was an engineering project manager in the semiconductor industry back home. When I first came to the United States, I volunteered at Warwick Elementary school as a room parent and PTA in teaching assistant and classroom management and at Tri-City Chinese School as an officer in security and student affairs. After receiving a green card with SSN, I started to work as a kindergarten teacher in American Chinese School and student affairs administrative supporter in Tri-City Chinese schools. I am also an online trainer at 4Cs of Alameda County as a Self-Care event of Training for Child Care Providers.

As years gone by, I realized that I love working in a school environment so much. I am good at communicating with students, parents, and school staff while handling teaching and student affairs. When I sent my children to California Crosspoint Academy, I realized that the students and staff here treat the school like a warm and peaceful family with a Christian philosophy providing a moral and spiritual guide.

I found that home-like and faith-based schools attracted my children to love school and made me want to serve at this school. I can share the knowledge and work experience that I have learned. On the other hand, I would love to grow with my children together.
