In addition, I was responsible for various Coke TM portfolio projects. Led a team of brand managers + interns + cross-functional teams. Developed one of the brand managers to become my successor. Select Deliverables: * Business Planning & Execution: Delivered & executed strong, actionable brand plans to drive long-term portfolio growth. * Innovation & Bottler Collaboration: Led launch of Coke Zero in Germany in 2006 to become the biggest and most successful launch of CC GmbH since the launch of CC light in 1983. Opened way for full portfolio into hard discount and returned CC light to growth. Coca-Cola - Affordable Price Entry Pack: Developed successful business case for a teen price entry pack on brand Coke with 0.25L sleek can that drove 40% on top cooler volume. Entry pack was then launched across the portfolio. * Marketing Efficiency: Maximised return on investment of CC GmbH's sampling programs by developing a new sampling approach that drove both equity AND scale, and subsequently brought down cost per contact by 70%, thus allowing a higher consumer reach. Scope: After my MBA I returned to Europe to work at the advertising agency Leo Burnett in London. I was responsible for the Philips account (irons and lights) to develop a new communications campaign for Philips. Because of my previous internship at Coke I was asked to apply for a position in brand management at CC GmbH.
