Manages Enlisted Professional Military Education (PME) quotas for all courses in area of responsibility. Manages bulk allocations from the College for Enlisted Professional Military Education (CEPME), ANG Bureau, Air Education and Training Command (AETC), SNCO Academy, NCO Academy (NCOA), Airman Leadership School (ALS), Chief Leadership Course (CLC), and ANG Satellite courses as well as corresponding distance learning education courses within time frame prescribed by the respective organization. Continuously reviews and analyzes a variety of statistical data, reports and training to determine if quota usage is in keeping with projected requirements. Continuously builds course requirements prior to allocation of all quotas. Effectively allocates quotas by geographical location to ensure cost effectiveness, making sure members attend school at the closest location, when possible, to the unit within each NAF, ARPC, RMG, RS, and HQ personnel. Effectively monitors attendance to ensure maximum usage of all quotas to prevent no-shows by establishing suspense with the NAFs to allow time to re-allocate quotas. Accurately updates IG checklists used during Unit Compliance Inspections (UCIs) for enlisted PME. Continuously prepare and maintain statistical data providing the command with the health of enlisted PME snapshot. Accurately briefs Senior Leadership to inform of any issues and/or problems as necessary. Primary POC between the field, the school houses, the Command Chief, AF/A1DL and the Barnes Center. Represents the Command for all Enlisted PME functions and at any high level conferences as needed. Continuously represents the command on behalf of AFR Enlisted PME. As appropriate, develops procedures/policy and provides units with instructions needed for selection of students and issuance of reserve orders. Routinely works directly with AFRC/CCC to carry out the latest DE policies and procedures. Works with the NAF/CCCs to ensure they are kept up to date with policy changes and takes their recommendations forward. As required, provides guidance to subordinate units on program changes, policy and approved procedures in overall administration of the reserve enlisted developmental education program.
