Summary

Being a part of the workforce will enable me to use a variety of the skills that I have obtained through the variety of employment opportunities I have previously worked. Working with people in any capacity requires compassion and understanding while still doing the job that you are hired to do as a manager or supervisor. Being responsible for your own work has an after effect in making sure that what you do trickles down on what you ask others to be responsible for. Handling customers situations and complaints trains you how to have patients with situations that you learn to resolve in an easy way to make everyone walk away with a smile. Using a regular tone voice and calmly speaking with anyone will get you further in a conversation and make your life easier in a work environment. Since acquiring customer service skills in the positions that I have held it has helped me to become versatile in my management styles in different work environments.
