Continued as a foreman taking on larger jobs. I remodeled the Atlanta Airport Hilton, start to finish with a $1.2 contract. Brought it in on time and under budget. I have worked in CNN News room, retail chains such as GAP, OLD NAVY, and ANN TAYLOR across the Southeast. Two years I was badged for GSA which allowed me to work in federal courts, which included courtrooms and judges chambers. These were in Rome, Miami, Atlanta, and Memphis. Many of my jobs have had custom drywall that required me to problem solve and improvise materials. My experience started with tilt up panel warehouses, but has progressed to full exteriors from slab to featured CLASS A interiors. I am knowledgable of drywall, ACT, and finishing aspects of a job and their tolerances.
The past 2 years I have taken the position of Field Superintendent. This position requires me to take a job from the time it is awarded to us to final punch. My responsibilities include; schedule deliveries, labor, assigning a foreman, attending job meetings, coordinating with GC and quality control of job of multiple jobs. I also handle work from 4 Project Managers which include job meetings, material orders, job walks and providing information for pricing. While knowing the process, I'm aware of cost saving with labor and efficiency of labor used.
