Accomplishments include leading the application and approval process for accreditation by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education for Longy's new Master of Music in Music Education program with teaching licensure, which opened Fall 2020.

YOLA at HOLA, the second of five of the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra's music education programs. Leadership responsibilities at the HOLA Music Program (YOLA at HOLA and HOLA Music Studios) included strategic and intentional leadership; liaising and collaborating with the LA Phil's YOLA education team; managing a team of 20 teaching artists and staff members; supporting 300 students and their families; restructuring the program to move towards musical excellence; strategic planning; shifting the program "culture” to maintain a positive atmosphere; developing student voice and leadership; managing and creating a cost-share budget; maintaining a sense of consistency and trust in the program despite major shifts.
