• Administer and explain the Kiewit policy.
• Preparing required documents for reimbursement.
•Develop and identify a customized sourcing strategy by position to create a strong pool of qualified candidates. This may include: website postings, various job boards/networking sites, advertising, database mining, cold calling, networking, career fairs, social media and other sources
•Proactively contact individuals to explain Ledcor's employee value proposition and create an interest in coming to work for Ledcor
•Assist in the development of external job postings to position Ledcor as an employer of choice
•Review resumes and phone screen candidates against required technical and behavioral competencies for various positions
•Create and refine prescreening documents and interview guides
•Respond to phone and email inquires individuals seeking employment at Ledcor •Coordinate and facilitate candidate interview scheduling and logistics
•Develop and maintain internal relationships with other recruitment team members and hiring managers to understand the business requirements and deliverables
•Conduct in person behavioural interviews as required
•Assist in our marketing/communication outreach initiatives such as advertising, job description presentation and general branding
•WFR reports/ Man power reports / Aviation forecasts/ Work Flow forecast reports •Coordinate ground transportation for site
•Coordinates site travel requirements ( Camp/flights)
•Carries out a wide range of diverse, sensitive, administrative, operational and technical duties within the department
•Dispenses information on travel and accommodations, answers general inquiries •Provides assistance and act as a resource to management and co-workers within each department
•Maintains appropriate databases for necessary reporting metrics and provides •Any necessary technical support to team members
