Drove a delivery truck hauling medical equipment, medical documents, cash deposits, medicines, specimens, medical waste materials, and linens. DJ's Express services the Ashtabula County Medical Center and its affiliate/satellite locations. I left this position in May of 2020 when most of the hospital's departments were shut down due to covid. This was a job with very little oversight where I was left to plan my own route and workflow. My employer and customers all agreed that my system was a much needed improvement to the service.

  • Documented pickups and deliveries and submitted reports after shift.

  • Checked and secured package loads before deliveries.
  • Picked up medical specimens from local care providers for delivery to laboratory.
  • Managed product receipt, storage, identification and delivery.
  • Reported issues to supervisors resulting in increased customer satisfaction.

Vineyard Attendant Dish Network Corporation Alexander, NC,

Did all work necessary in vineyards, year-round, performed all necessary tasks to grow the vines from early spring to harvest. This was a "seasonal" position that required work from February and October. I did not have any trouble performing well at this job and I was considered a good worker by my crew. Between seasons I would find temporary work at manufacturing companies where I operated injection molding machines and steel forging presses.

Installer Linear Blinds And More City, STATE,

Installed blinds and window treatments in residential and commercial buildings throughout the Houston metro area. After being trained to do the installations I was left to work alone and plan my own workday, which I always did without difficulty. I left that job to return to Ohio and continue education.
