Summary
An energetic HR Specialist who is a self-starter with excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills. I am currently looking to expand beyond my current role and take on new challenges within HR. I have a strong passion for HRIS, in particular Workday, with most of my HRIS experience coming from my current HRIS role with a heavy emphasis on Workday recruiting. Open to various industries with a management or HR focus. Willing to relocate.

First point of contact and troubleshooter for our 400 plus hotels on our Service/Help Desk (RemedyForce) with questions/tasks pertaining to the Workday HRIS System and Sterling (Background Check Vendor).
 
Workday Training: train senior level management on the Workday system, with heavy emphasis on Workday recruiting. Lead training for monthly GM orientations. Responsible for creating and maintaining Workday JIT job aids & videos.
 
I was heavily involved with the initial Workday recruiting implementation to Interstate; still involved on all Workday Recruiting implementation recommendations, testing of any new functionality and improvements to that discipline on an ongoing basis.
 
Reporting: In charge of all metric reporting for the Interstate Corporate Recruiters, other property recruiting reports, talent cards, AAP’s, background checks, internal reports for the comp & benefits teams, running EIB’s and other property ad hoc report requests as needed.
 
Audits: Mostly in charge of all Workday recruiting audits such as Recruiting Data Integrity audits, FEIN audits, missing contact info audit, open positions/requisition audits, supervisory org audit, user authorization (security) audit, and unassigned task/business process audit.

Ran the college internship program for 2 years. Program grew from 12 interns my first year to 16 interns my 2nd year. I created the curriculum for the program, recruited properties to participate in the program and worked with senior leadership at the corporate office and the hotels to help with engagement of the interns throughout the summer program.
 
Job duties from Talent Development included: Monthly billing, HR compliance, enrolling associates in the required training on a monthly basis and tracking the compliance results. Lead various webinars for HR and other departments. Created various email/marketing campaigns for AES, Performance Reviews, and Workday. Created JIT videos for Workday. Assisted with the planning of GM orientations and annual awards. Co-lead corporate new hire orientation. Assisted with the Leadership Conference 2016.
 
Job duties for Talent Acquisition included: Sending and processing new hire paperwork for big 4 positions and corporate new hires. Full cycle recruiting for the internship program. Running various reports for the Talent Acquisition team. Helped with the implementation of Workday Recruiting to the field. 1st point of contact for the field with all Workday Recruiting issues.

Sirius XM Radio City, , Assisted with Connected Vehicle HR activities as a result of the recent Agero acquisition. Performed data entry in HRIS system (UltiPro) for new hires and terminations. Created new hire packets and orientation materials. On boarded all new hire corporate employees. Audited new hire paperwork. Handled unemployment claims, reference checks, and employment verifications. Reconciled data from TX (Agero Acquisition). Performed a huge manual reconciliation of employee handbook responses and NY state memos.

Turlock Residential City, STATE, Maintained all confidential employee and resident personnel files, licensing and compliance records. Recruited PCA’s, preformed initial interviews, did background and reference checks for all new hires. Performed exit interviews. Maintained and updated HRIS/Payroll system (Smartlinx). Trained PCAs’ to provide top quality patient care. Supervised staff and delegated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) duties. Oversaw implementation of resident management plans.
