First point of contact and troubleshooter for our
400 plus hotels on our Service/Help Desk (RemedyForce) with questions/tasks
pertaining to the Workday HRIS System and Sterling (Background Check Vendor).
Workday Training: train
senior level management on the Workday system, with heavy emphasis on Workday recruiting. Lead training for monthly GM orientations. Responsible
for creating and maintaining Workday JIT job aids & videos.
I was heavily involved with the initial Workday recruiting implementation to Interstate; still involved on all Workday
Recruiting implementation recommendations, testing of any new functionality and
improvements to that discipline on an ongoing basis.
Reporting: In charge of all metric reporting for
the Interstate Corporate Recruiters, other property recruiting reports, talent cards, AAP’s,
background checks, internal reports for the comp & benefits teams, running
EIB’s and other property ad hoc report requests as needed.
Audits: Mostly in charge of all Workday recruiting
audits such as Recruiting Data Integrity audits, FEIN audits, missing contact
info audit, open positions/requisition audits, supervisory org audit, user
authorization (security) audit, and unassigned task/business process audit.
