My experiences in technical education in both the instructional and administrative roles has allowed me to become a valuable resource to any institution whose mission is to deliver a high quality technical training program. I have a desire to challenge myself and others professionally and to continue improving the skills necessary to serve others. My experience in urban, suburban and rural education has instilled in me a very diverse perspective that supports my ability to be considerate of my colleagues and the students I serve. I am ambitious and am always seeking to create an environment that supports healthy competition to increase performance in turn helping achieve the mission of the organization.
