Even though I'm only 17, I've had a lot of work experience with the public, and dealing with money. Working at the racetrack was my first job where I learned basic customer service skills and how to work as a cashier. I only stopped working there because it was a seasonal job. Working at the school store has helped me acquire retail skills, customer service, and more money handling skills. My experience at Kunes Ford is the job i've learned the most from. I learned how to answer phones professionally, direct the calls, and take messages. I also got a lot of customer service experience there. Some other things I did there cleaning the waiting room, receipting down payments, filing, mailing out things, and receipting service and parts RO's. I used to struggle with social anxiety severely, but after working here constantly being around people and talking to new people, I consider myself a confident, outgoing employee, that can bring positivity and good energy to a workplace.
