  • Give write ups to crew members who have passed the mistake phase and enter the choice phase of bad decision making.
  • Making sure all chits are in the computer before counting the till. Counting tips if I am a closing captain. Balancing the till and then doing my deposit. 
  • Being a mentor and role model for my fellow crew members and working at being a better me everyday to exude the MOD way.
