I believe I am an accomplished Associate who excels at collaborating with customers to promptly identify their needs and recommend various products and services to fulfill them. When it comes to a business, not only is the image of the company important to embrace and respect, the customers are a priority. My responsibility is to make sure the customer feels welcomed and satisfied with the service provided because the customer is what makes a company strong. When it comes to customer service, I obtain the skills of communication, problem solving, expanding ideas taken by customers and employees, following orders, meeting the expectation, and meeting a deadline. Along with my skills I obtain weaknesses, such like I can look into a situation too much where it is made into something its not, I tend to over-think, and I take on too many tasks then what I can handle. But with my weaknesses and strengths, It makes me who I am and I know I can get the job done.
As an a Associate 2, my responsibilities consists of taking part in APS, Manual Pick, and some experience in Put away. In my APS department, I am also responsible to help and assist in Error Correct. I have worked for the company for 7 months now and have participated in inventory count, counting and verifying inventory in APS and Manual Pick. I have had the responsibility of training an new hire associate for APS. Within these three departments, I have the common responsibility of making the products are properly handled, socked, packed and put away so that the customer can receive the correct medication they need.
During my employment at Panda Express my main job was being a cashier, however, that was not my only position. Being a cashier meant checking out customers and serving the customers their food. Before I proceed to check out the customers, my responsibility was to ask the customer if he/she wanted to sample an entree and then take their order. After that I offer them an appetizer then lastly check them out. My other positions were a dishwasher and a dining room person. I would open and close the store which gave me the responsibility of stocking, checking food temperature, mopping, sanitizing, and disinfecting the dishes before opening and after closing. Panda Express wanted to remind their customers that food was made to embrace culture, good-tasting food, and coming together as a community. I would always smile at the customers, ask them about their day and ask them if they wanted to sample something specifically to their liking. I would step away from my post only to help a customer carry their tray to the table if needed or if a customer needed anything else from the food table. My top priority was to make sure the customers were satisfied and content with their meal and the customer service they received.
During High School, I received High Honors for two years and played three sports. I participated in basketball, volleyball, and soccer. After each sport, I received a certificate for participation or special awards such as "MVP" or "Best Team-Player".
