I have worked in customer service my entire adult life. I have worked as a receptionist at a nursing home in the mid 1990s. Then on to phlebotomy from 1997 through 2007. While also running the front desk in the labs at Owosso Memorial Hospital and Sparrow Hospital. These all deal with customers/patients and giving them a personalized and special experience that makes them want to go back for return business. I a fast learner when learning new software and am proficient in Micro-Soft Office. I am looking forward to working in a fast paced, detail oriented work place, bringing with me a positive, can-do attitude with me.
