I managed over 60 caregivers and made sure they were on time for their shifts. I helped them work out any problems they had. I assisted with scheduled off time, and worked with staff around Holiday hours worked or paid time off. I supervised who was where and at what time. I wrote yearly evaluations and at times gave writing warnings and/or terminated employees. I worked on several different computer programs and assisted employees with computer program knowledge.
