Job duties include; Greeting campers and their parents, playing with the campers, feeding the campers watching the campers during the day at the Community Center and on felid trips around Boston area, I also working alongside my boss organizing paperwork, working with her on the computer, answering the phone, and taking messages for her whenever she was busy or out of the office.
While in High-school I was a cheerleader for 3 years on my varsity cheer team and competed with my teammates and other teams across the Country. In school I also took Spanish for four years I am not fluent in the language, however, I can understand a lot of the language in the reading, speaking, and writing departments. This is an amazing asset to have because there is always a need for bilingual workers all over. I also took a Courageous Conversations class my senior year, which we spoke about the inequalities in our school and community and focused on making a change, we did this by going to the lower grades classes to explain what we do and how they can help. This experience was amazing to be a part of because it helped me to see things from minorities perspectives and always makes me want to stand up for people that don't have that big of a voice or for the people that just cannot speak up for themselves.
Working at Pat's Pizza for so long I gained a lot of experience so when we did have new employees that happened to be cashiers as well I would help a lot with training them and working with them to get them to the comfort level that I was at.
