Project work on SAP Financial System
•Analyst and Delivery on HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) mapping simplification project. Designed enhancements to centralize, optimize and secure mapping and consolidation reporting solution. Reduce data load to HFM. Enable future automation of consolidation to HFM. Risk of errors and delays during Book Close were greatly reduced with this solution.
•Worked on implementation of SAP FSCM (Financial Supply chain Management). FSCM was determined best reporting solution to centralize customer exposure. Designed and implemented additional requirements not part of the Standard FSCM solution. Enhancements including additional liability categories in order to allow the business increased visibility of Special AR transactions, and removal of specific Customer Sales orders from credit exposure, depending on their current status. FSCM was a huge success allowing the business to better support their new credit policy to focus on the riskiest customers and exposure.
•Assessed business requirements to determine and implement new requirements from the business for AP Dispute Correspondence. Provided Functional specifications to developers. Defined test scenarios and performed integration testing. Assisted business with user acceptance testing.
•Lead on Payroll Project. Coordinated system and application changes per business requirements with third party Payroll vendor to create new interfaces between Payroll and SAP Finance Instance. Facilitated meetings with Architecture, Mapping, Outsourced Development, and Business teams through the project. Managed scope, requirements, delivery strategy, cutover plans. Conducted training to outsource partners responsible for maintenance of project after go-live. Project had many challenges from loss of resources in IT and Business. Even with so many challenges the project was successfully completed on time.

•Enhanced, stream-lined and improved SAP Interfaces to provide end users with decreased processing time and increased accuracy.
•Implemented an SAP Financial consolidations process which resulted in annual savings of half a million dollars and a reduction in the book close cycle of 3 days.
•Determined user requirements along with the development, implementation, and support of an external cash flow reporting solution utilizing SAP FI-SL in SAP Report Painter.
•Gathered requirements, designed, and developed and implemented PCA Account Summary Reports, Balance Sheets and Internal Order Reports utilizing SAP Report Painter.
•Supported the SAP upgrade from 3.1I to 4.6C by ensuring that all interfaces were upgraded and tested successfully. Acted as team lead overseeing ten different development groups. Validated changes and testing completed. Supported user acceptance testing and managed open issues. Held frequent meetings to keep teams informed of deadlines and keeping them on schedule.
•Designed and developed a new process for the implementation of the TREMA (Treasury System), that would ensure the interface load to SAP was complete and accurate. Development of the process was completed two months ahead of schedule. Business was thrilled to have the enhancement early to start freeing up resources from the tedious tasks of manually checking and validating these critical loads.

•Developed a SAP user id information extract program to be used in the creation of mailing lists to inform Internal SAP Customers of news in a timely fashion. Thanks to this new functionality, the users are actively notified about any news related to the system (downtimes, new enhancements) or book close details, etc.
