Modernization of mainframe Legacy system The scope of this project was to modernize the mainframe ACMS and the standalone JEFIS System to web enabled eCourts system.The project was initiated to cater to the needs of electronic filing, and processing Law, Special Civil and Foreclosure and cases.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewed and documented existing processes and re-engineered, “as is” and “to be” for case management systems like ACMS (Automated Case Management Systems) to interface with eCourts that is web based modern system for CRIMINAL and CIVIL Courts
  • Served as a liaison between clients and software development team/subject matter experts
  • Documented complex mapping diagrams and process flows including new specs, business rules, screen mockups, mapping legacy data, use cases, data flow diagrams and process flow diagrams as outlined by federal and state regulations- for the organization legacy systems.

The New York City Mayor’s Office of the Criminal Justice Coordinator (CJC) and the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications (DoITT) has engaged Dimension Data, Inc.(DiData) as System Integrator for the Integrated Justice Project Phase 2 (IJP2).

Responsibilities:

  • Served as a liaison between operations and technical team to convert business requirements into technical solutions
  • Analyzed and managed test environment and all documentation on SharePoint.
  • Used Visio to create business and technical diagrams to document and organize complex ideas, processes, and systems.

NJ-DEx This project is an initiative by the NJ State Police and supported by OHSP.

The purpose was to encourage all law enforcement agencies, municipalities and other judicial bodies of various counties to share their data on a common platform.

  • Automatic License Plate Reader The project was aimed to develop a vendor neutral standard for all the vendors using different ALPRs.
  • It was to be based on NIEM or Global Justice XML data interface which was going to be usable/ attainable from all LPR vendors interested in joining.

Responsibilities:

  • Identified and analyzed business needs and provided innovative recommendations for technology solutions
  • Worked extensively in testing boundary coverage to ensure the functions worked as expected
  • Created test plans and procedures as per business requirements in Quality Center.
