  • As the Battalion Facilities Chief, I act as the battalion Commander's principle advisor in all the matters for bachelor housing management, utilization, operation, and unit facilities. As well as being the primary subject matter expert and manage the Enterprise Military Housing(EMH)/Maximo.
  • As the Battalion Facilities Chief I have planed and executed 6 UDP rotations for 4 different batteries, prepared over 480 rooms for returning battery's, programmed over 1,000 room key and doors, and submitted around 4,000 service requests for the Battalion areas.
  • Maintained and accounted for 360 barracks rooms, housing up to 720 Marines and over 20 unit facilities valuing over millions of dollars for the Battalion.
  • Successfully conducted a turnover of the entire barracks which consisted of 120 rooms, key maker and programmer, as well as the movement of 240 Marines into a new barracks including reprogramming 240 room keys.
  • Planned maintenance activities in accordance with budget limitations, building use needs and operational requirements.
  • Coordinated with onsite managers, Liaison Officers and other outside agencies regarding safety and preventive maintenance.

  • Successfully passed two CRGI inspection and 5 2d Marine Division and Regimental level inspections with the Division commanders and regimental commanders, in order to maintain readiness of the Battalion's facilities.
