As Assistant Training Manager I currently perform a large portion of the Training Manager functions.  I ensure that employees have proper training completed and update Silk Road to reflect said training.  I look forward to see what special training might be needed and plan accordingly.  I assure that all employees receive access to IMDS and load what profiles are required for the individual to complete their duties.  In addition to these duties Im also in charge of the safety program and the document custodian.  I make an effort to help all my fellow co-workers in an attempt to better understand all processes and make our business, the business of training individuals and getting them and supplies to where they are needed,  happen as smoothly as possiable.

  • Responsible for operating and maintaining Unmanned Threat Emitters (UMTE), Joint Threat Emitters (JTE) and Early Warning Emitter (EWE).
