In charge of maintaining the Madison House website, updating artist profiled as needed, building profiles for recently signed acts, creation and posting of news posts to both the website as well as social media channels, approving user access to the admin system and handled most IT issues that arose.
Continued to use booking skills acquired as an interns by entering in new artist information and riders to the admin system, reaching out for and securing venue holds, entering routing and scheduling notes into the admin system, inputting offers, sending auto confirmation to promoters, building and executing contracts, tracking daily ticket counts for various artists, inquiring for and entering settlement information and maintaining strong relationships with the artists, promoters, talent buyers and managers that work with the company.
