Ø Recording, handling and verification ofMarket Complaints registered by Marketing Department and to arrange visits at Distribution site for verification.
Ø Development of Product wise Quality Plans and to ensure the monitoring and implementation of process flow and parameters as per Quality Plan.
Ø Development and implementation of specifications for all products from raw to finished form.
Ø Monitoring, verification and implementation of PRP's, OPRP's, CCP's of the products being manufactured at facility (Milk, Cream, Butter, Powder, Liquid Tea Whitener)
