I will never forget the most challenging patient I mean he was such a jerk its easy for people to be crappy when they are in the hopital right they are not feeling well but this guy was just going out of his way he to make everyone miserable he complain about everything he was mean to the nurses he was mean to the doctors he was just purposely being the worst person on the planet I loaded him and everyone hated him and theres was no reason for him to be like that the care was so good … he was just a jerk and we were all so relieve when that guy was discharged couldnt wait for him to get out the door….. I had a patient once who had very severe dementiaand thats a very difficult disease to work with he was demanding extremely demanding most of the time and he often got viligirant but its one of those disease where you know the patient cant control themselves they dont even know that their dong at so just focus on taking care of him I didnt take anything personally and just patient with him and did the best that I could with the circumstances
