I've been asked to follow up with a company one week after I emailed them my resume. What should I say in my email
I've been looking for an agency to do my fieldwork hours while I'm in graduate school. It's been a challenge because of the pandemic, but I left several phone messages with an agency that was recommended that I contact. One of the owners called me back, long after I had left my last message, saying I was very persistent and asked me to email my resume to him. He also said that he tends to be forgetful, so if I didn't hear from him within a week, to send a follow-up email reminding him. I did that one week ago, and I haven't heard back. I want to send another email, and I want to get his attention so he will call me to set up an interview. When he called me back after I had left several phone messages, I was shocked because I had already given up. This time I don't want to give up too early. I need ideas of what to say to get, and keep, his attention. Once he meets me, he will hire me.
Thank you for any ideas,
