"Why are you leaving your current job?" A completely honest answer to this question can often make the wrong impression. You can't really say it's because you hate your current job or think they're about to fire you. Instead, put a positive spin on it. Rather than putting down your current job, focus on the positives that attract you to this new opportunity.
"Tell me about yourself." You do not want to just repeat information from your resume; on the other hand, the interviewer does not really want to know about your personal life either. You can prepare for this and similar questions by thinking about the essential functions of the job you want and the top characteristics you have that make you a good fit for it.
"If you could pick a different profession, what would it be?" This is not an invitation to tell the interviewer about your dreams of running away with the circus. Think of a different path you could have taken, given your interests and capabilities. You can also try to relate this question back to the reasons you ultimately chose your current occupation.
