Do not stress out too much trying to figure out a profound aspect to yourself that no one else has. Make your answer simple, but keep in mind that the interviewer will ask every other applicant this same question. Your experiences and skills are unique to you; no one else has held the same jobs in the same order for the same amounts of time as you. Draw from your past experiences that truly are unique.
Keep in mind that employers are usually more interested in the way you answer, rather than the actual answer itself. So act confidently, but be especially humble. And you should also make it clear that you prepared for this interview.
