"Describe a tough situation you have faced." This is an incredibly common interview question because it reveals how you handle difficult situations. You will undoubtedly face challenges in the new job, so you need to show that you can tackle them effectively. It is best to describe the situation first, and then really emphasize what actions you took in response. Finally, do not forget to mention the positive result your actions had.
"Are you good at X?" If an interviewer asks about some of your particular skills, it is because the job heavily requires those skills. Simply saying you are good at it is not enough. You should give an example or describe how often you put those skills into practice.
