In general, you should expect to hear back after all candidates in your round have been interviewed, and sufficient time has passed for the interviewing team to meet and come to their decisions. That usually takes two to three weeks at a minimum, but can be considerably longer if the hiring organization is dealing with a situation that can interrupt the interviewing process, such as a reorganization, key staff departure or headcount reallocation.
It is always a good idea at the conclusion of your interview to ask the recruiter or the hiring manager what the next steps are. Often, they will give you a good sense of when it is reasonable to expect to hear back. Send a thank you email within 24 hours of the interview, and follow up if excessive time elapses. Stay in contact until it is clear whether or not you are still a candidate for the job.
