Dear Mr. Walker,
I am writing this letter because I would like to be considered for the Front of House Manager position at The Gimmel Resort & Spa located in Orange County. In the four years since graduating high school I have been involved in the field of hospitality. I have received certifications in CPR and first aid.
I worked part time at a movie theater and operated as assistant to the front desk manager for two years at Westminster Towers. I am a professional young woman who enjoys helping people. And I know my major responsibility as front of house manager will be to receive customers and work with staff creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere monitoring and coordinating operations. At Westminster I oversee the duty roster following up with team leaders making sure tasks are performed in an accurate and timely manner. I make sure areas are cleaned and work with local businesses seeing that guests get the best services the area has to offer. I try to motivate people to be the best at everything they do. This means always being enthusiastic and positive maintaining order and remaining professional even under the most stressful conditions.
I would love to come in for an interview to discuss the Front of House Manager position in greater detail.
Best Regards,
Josue Ortega
