Dear Ms. Castillo,
I write this letter to inform you of your termination with the company for violating our no call no show policy.
On September 16th, you failed to show up for work. There was no contact to any parties about this and you have failed to provide an explanation for your absence. Human Resources called your home that day via both telephone and email, and none of our messages were returned. It has been decided your disregard and disrespect can no longer be tolerated.
This has been an ongoing problem. You have been spoken to and written up on several occasions for this type of infraction and claimed to understand you know the policy and procedures to follow for letting your superiors and colleagues know you will not be coming to work. Yet, your behavior persists.
Your final paycheck is waiting on the 13th Floor with Human Resources. Before it will be released, you must go to Security and return your uniform, ID and pass card. At that time, you will be escorted to Human Resources to get your paycheck. If the company property is not returned within five business days from the date of this letter, we will assume you have no intention of returning the property and your paycheck will be forfeit.
Best regards,
Breanna Wallace
