  •  Administrative Specialist for Supply Chain Management in support of competency codes 4.3.2.3 - Program Warehousing and 4.3.2.1 - Supply & Property Management.  Maintain accountability and provide oversight of all Operating Material and Supplies (OM&S) to ensure compliance with command directives. Coordinated and completed annual program reviews in accordance with SPAWARINST 4440.12, Management of OM&S, GFP, CAP, PP&E and Inventory. In preparation for data transfer to ERP 1.1, conducted an analysis of inventory data within the SABAR database to develop a plan for 100 percent asset verification and validation for over 200 assigned programs. Assisted Data Cleansing Team identifying and correcting erroneous logistics data residing in SABAR ensuring logistics data brought forward and uploaded into Navy ERP is 100% accurate. As AN Assistant Tidewater area, conduct inventories, build material masters, process issues and receipts, store assets and perform bin-to-bin transfers in both ERP and CMPro. Coordinated warehouse facilities under Code 43230 Program Warehousing control.  Provide guidance on all logistics aspects of assigned programs. Established and maintain an open line of communication and coordination with over 200 program leads and business financial managers (BFMs) throughout the SPAWAR-Atlantic command. Provide program leads and BFMs with accurate monthly inventory and property reports of auditable on-hand assets. Liaison between SPAWAR Facilities and Tidewater area warehouses for any problems and/or assistance required. Coordinate with warehouse inventory managers to ensure vital supplies and equipment is continuously available for use.  Identify and inspect excessive, obsolete and unserviceable assets to be processed for reutilization within Defense Logistics Agency. Verified and approved material processed for Defense Reutilization and Marketing Services turn-in.  Identify and correct erroneous inputs into ERP and CMPro databases.  Through the use of WebFLIS, One Touch Support, LogiQuest, Haystack Gold Logistics Management System and manufactures' websites, assist program leads and inventory managers in properly identifying assets to be uploaded into ERP and CMPro databases.  Perform monthly facility and safety inspections on all assigned facilities to ensure proper storage procedures are being met.  Manage facility work request to ensure compliance with fire, safety and security regulations.  Utilize knowledge of acquisition regulations and statutes to plan and execute supply requirements with the Integrated Process & Product Team (IPPT) process. Provide guidance to IPT leads, program managers, engineers, and technicians on Warehousing Policies and Procedures. Attend bi-weekly team meetings to ensure mission, vision and goal objectives are continuously being exceeded and/or met.

  • Directed four unit supply managers in establishing and managing supply and inventory control management functions while coordinating logistical activities throughout the battalion. Ensured the materiel readiness of a battalion's major pieces of field artillery equipment.   • AUTOMATED SYSTEMS: Was instrumental in the conversion from the ULLS-G program to the SAMS-E program and coordinated appropriate training needed to operate SAMS-E. Trained supply technicians in the new software.                                  
  • PROCUREMENT: Applied my vast technical knowledge of the Army's supply and logistics systems by quickly procuring repair parts in order to minimize downtime for critical mission essential equipment.          
  • QUALITY ASSURANCE: Was recognized for identifying supply trends and proactively implementing solutions. Conducted assistance visits to subordinate organizations and performed regular supply program reviews to identify “best practices” and lessons learned to improve supply programs. Worked closely with the battalion maintenance supervisor to ensure efficient battalion maintenance operations. Monitored battalion logistics.
