  • Hall Of Fame Nickelodeon Suites Resort July 2015 The Resort Services Management team is very please to nominate Jessica Claire for the Hall of Fame for June, 2015. Jessica has shown over the past several months that she is willing to place the team and the success of the resort and department above all else, and has shown great dedication and effort each day. Jessica had volunteered to work a few shifts each week on the third shift, helping cover for her fellow team members days off, and to ensure that the shift has ample coverage to assist our guests. She is always willing to stay later, or come in early when there's a need in the operation, and stays until the busy period has passed, and her assistance is no longer required, without hesitation or complaint. She is at her best when to challenges presented, works well when it is busier, and under pressure, or when we are receiving a large amount of phone calls or check ins at the same time. She is able to multitask, and ensure that all assigned tasks are completed, even delegating out tasks to her fellow team members, and works to ensure fellow departments are following up on guests calls as well. She is always willing to assist at the front desk when we have a line there, and then quickly shift back to communications to assist there once the line is clear. She is able to work in each area of the department, and does so with a smile and a great attitude. Jessica has shown the ability to learn and grow her skills each day, and has become a leader on any shift she works. Her dedication, hard work, team first attitude, along with her willingness and ability to handle upset guests or difficult situations are just a few reasons we are so pleased with Jessica's performance with us, and why we feel she is worthy of this honor."
