o Procurement and administration of Fixed-Price, Cost Sharing and, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee type contracts
o Interpretation of contract provisions for contractor program officials
o Administration of notices of termination for convenience or default
o Preparation, coordination and maintenance of current acquisition plans, appropriate milestone charts and related schedules
