- Dispatches work and trouble information to receive close-out from inside and outside maintenance forces.  Provides information such as customer name and address, telephone number, trouble description, mechanized test results, cable information and commitment time.
-Performs simple translation and inputs changes via mechanized system, including adding or correcting features and activating telephone numbers.
- Performs control responsibilities associated with Installation and Repair force administration process.
- Interfaces with outside technicians and performs maintenance and service order pair changes in appropriate mechanized systems as required.
- Reviews and monitors mechanized on-line administrative reports.
- Performs miscellaneous office duties and maintains miscellaneous records, files, and administrative reports.
-Works with Central Office Frame by telephone or computer to make cable and pair transfers, Line Equipment Number changes, or place MLT connection tomake Main Distributing Frame in or out tests.  Interprets and inputs customer reports and complaints via appropriate mechanized system(s).
