  • Skilled in logistics, supply and transportation functions including application of tariff and related rules, regulations and procedures; commercial carrier practices with regard to the billing, payment, and procurement of transportation services; and experience certifying and disbursing transportation related payments.
  • Experienced with applicable laws and travel regulations.
  • Competency in advising and explaining to employees travel procedures, restrictions on Temporary Duty (TDY) entitlements and travel arrangements and in preparing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
