Over the course of my employment within the restaurant industry, there have been many stressful experiences that have required excellent communication, an ability to remain calm and friendly, and acting fast to resolve issues. I've learned how to be an extremely quick thinker and problem solver, and it has also provided ample experience in organization and event planning, as many reservations that were booked at Moxie were for large companies (such as Baptist Hospital and Deutsche Bank) or large events including rehearsal dinners, business meetings, baby showers, and many others. As a hostess there, it was my job to ensure the dining room for their event was setup to their liking.

As a babysitter, I was heavily involved in the safety and wellbeing of younger relatives and children of family friends that I would look after. I love working and volunteering with youth, and I volunteer throughout the year at my cousin's Catholic school here in Jacksonville.
